Terms of Service

The service
AIRS Lab is operated by Hummel Wellness LLC. The AIRS Scan is a one-time measurement of how AI assistants recommend your practice, delivered as a PDF report with a personal walkthrough of the findings. Reports are typically delivered within 48 hours of confirming your practice details. Ongoing services (AIRS Blueprint and AIRS Managed) are governed by a separate written agreement.
Payment
The AIRS Scan is a one-time payment processed securely by Stripe. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
Scope of results
The AIRS Score measures observable AI assistant outputs under controlled, reproducible conditions at a specific point in time. Results reflect observed association and do not guarantee identical outcomes for other practices, future scores, patient volume, or revenue. Scores depend on market, competition, starting conditions, and the specific date of measurement.
Your report
Your report is yours to use, share with your team, or hand to your web provider. The measurement methodology, scoring system, and underlying instrument remain the property of Hummel Wellness LLC.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hummel Wellness LLC’s total liability arising from the AIRS Scan is limited to the amount you paid for it.
